BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS To ensure a smooth and secure checkout experience, FASHION accepts the following payment methods:

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, or direct bank transfers for retail orders.
2. PAYMENT SECURITY We take your security seriously. All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128-bit SSL security software.

No Storage: We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Processing: When you enter your payment information, it is transmitted directly to our secure payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal / Klarna) via a secure connection.
3. PRICING AND CURRENCY

Currency: All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars).

Foreign Transaction Fees: If your bank account is based outside of the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion rate or a foreign transaction fee. FASHION is not responsible for these additional fees charged by your bank.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND BILLING

Standard Payments: For standard credit card or PayPal payments, your account will be charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process.

Installment Payments (Klarna / Shop Pay): If you select a "Buy Now, Pay Later" option (such as Klarna or Shop Pay Installments), the first payment or the full amount will be charged according to the payment schedule you agreed to with the provider at checkout.

Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase containing your order details and a receipt.

Bank Statement: The charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "FASHION" or "FASHION-DROP".
5. SALES TAX For customers located in the United States, sales tax may be calculated and charged at checkout depending on your state's laws and our nexus status. The final price, including tax, will be clearly displayed before you finalize your payment.
6. PAYMENT DISPUTES If you see a charge on your statement that you do not recognize, please contact us immediately at contact@fashion-drop.com before contacting your bank. We can often resolve the issue (or issue a refund) much faster than a bank dispute process.
